Keith Whaley
Keith Whaley is a highly established construction professional with over 40 years of experience in the industry. Keith's experience ranges from managing large-scale construction projects for well-respected construction companies in the San Diego region, to owners' representation for complex seismic retrofit projects in the healthcare sector, to executive roles in the industry including the development and growth of a local construction company in San Diego. He is well-known for his ability to see the big picture and communicate the details - both conceptually and in documented form. Keith has demonstrated success in leading project teams through the technical aspects of construction, while maintaining the quality of work expected by the client.
In 2014, he founded KM Consulting, a full-service consulting group offering client representation to include: project planning, project management, scheduling, logistics, estimating/budgeting, controls, quality control, value management, contractibility assessment, contract administration, staff augmentation, equipment planning/coordination, dispute resolution, and risk management.
Jose Garcia
Jose Garcia has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, primarily within the Southern California market. Jose's strong suite is working closely with owners, sub trades, and entire project team to ensure all project goals for schedule, cost, and quality are achieved. When the need to review and negotiate owner contracts is necessary, Jose is known for his approach to ensure compliance and consistency with projects risk management plan.
Jose excels at managing all phases of construction projects including project value analyses, cost options studies, cost estimating, and scheduling, as well as supervising the overall project, managing the project schedule with the construction team, managing the overall costs, change orders, quality control, and safety compliance. Jose's primary objective on all projects is to ensure the overall performance of the project team meets the owner's expectations and the project objectives.
Jonas Juozaitis
Jonas Juozaitis has 15 years of experience in real estate development, design, and project management within the New York City real estate market. His education and experience have enabled him to develop a collaborative and systematic approach to the overall construction life cycle to maximize project returns and minimize risk. In the past, Jonas has led the creation and enforcement of a rapidly growing company's processes and procedures by standardizing practices.
Jonas brings to Whaley Construction Inc. a background with extensive experience of managing multiple project types including hospitals, townhalls, educational facilities, high-rise luxury condominiums and landmark buildings. Jonas holds a bachelor's degree in Operations Management and a Master of Science in Construction Management from New York University.
